Because of the holidays surrounding Christmas and New Year, we will reduce the number of support hours we are available. This means first and foremost that we will not be available on live chat as much as we usually are.
However, we will still respond to mail every day, and will gladly answer any questions or help customers get started. Our goal is to respond to support cases at the latest 24 hours from the time we received them.
We will mainly have limited customer support from December 20th through December 27th, as well as December 31st and January 1st.
These limiting times apply only to customer support. If any malfunction occurs in the meantime, we will work to deal directly with it.
